Booking Your Massage Appointment

The 2 easy ways to book your Renewed Being Massage session is via phone or our online scheduling system. Online, choose your service and an interactive calendar displays the available dates and times for the service you choose. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received and a person calls you to confirm. You can manage your appointment 24/7 through your personalized booking account. If you would like to make any other changes, or need to discuss details we can do so by phone 240-234-2050.

 

Parking and Stairs

When booking your appointment we ask that you provide detailed parking information. If a parking fee is incurred we kindly ask that you reimburse the therapist for the expense. We ask you to include flights of stairs and elevator accessability to assist your therapist in estimating arrival time and preparing the proper equipment.

 

After Hours Appointments (CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE)

If you would like to book an appointment with a start time of 9 PM or later, call us at 410-234-2050 to check for availability. A $50 fee will be applied to all After Hours appointments.

 

Gratuity

Cash tips handed to your therapist are always appreciated. Although, gratuity may be added at time of payment if that is more convenient for you. 

 

Promo Codes

If you would like to use a Promotional Code, you have the option to apply this code to your order before it is finalized. After Hours bookings are not eligible to utilize Promo Codes.

 

Health Intake Form

Prior to the arrival of your Renewed Being Massage Therapist for your massage session, you will be asked to fill out a short Health Intake Form. It is very important to inform your practitioner of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you receive a written recommendation for massage or bodywork prior to any session. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required.

 

Insurance

Currently, we do not accept insurance.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and therapists, the following policies are honored:

 

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will be fully refunded 100% of the total cost of your booked session. This is minus what you have paid on Groupon or Living Social. Please call to get a new promotional code issued to you to use for your next appointment.

 

For cancellations less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the total cost of your booked session. No refunds.

 

Keep the Good Karma Flowing

In an effort to keep the Renewed Being Massage Team thriving and providing you with exceptional service, we ask that you do not request the personal information of your provider for direct bookings, as this will terminate the therapist's relationship with Renewed Being. If you would like to book a future service from your therapist, you may request them when you rebook.

 

All Renewed Being services are intended to create a positive experience. We cater to clients who are looking for healing from physical injuries as well as emotional and mental stress. We serve our clients with respect and open hearts.

 

We expect the same level of integrity from our clients. Any inappropriate actions or suggestive remarks will result in the immediate termination of your session incurring the full payment of the scheduled appointment. 

Other Terms of Service

*If you've used the online booking system to make your appointment, then someone will call you to confirm your appointment.

*Locations outside a 20 mile radius of Ellicott City, MD will have a separate fee of $1.00 a mile outside of the 20 mile radius.

*When convenient free parking is not readily available, client will cover parking expenses.

*Prepayment of all services is required to hold reservation.
